I ONLY do PF and this is the first tier a I've cleared turns 1 and 2 week one with good progress made into turn 3. As a "Casual raider" Which is what I think the CB3 team is looking to cultivate they nailed it out of the park. Sweats have their ultimate, and now people who are just kinda into savage can really have some fun.

I do agree that DK is a bit the class that needs the most love right now indeed 😂.

Whm lillies should be ogcd and Glare IV and ASSize should nourish the blood lilly and two stacks 🤤

sage isn't deficient, scholar's kit is just very attractive in early prog. chain strat is also very nice.

i would love for you to do a video that was BLM centric. I know you're not a BLM main, but you have a good handle on the big picture. There is obviously a weird thing happening with blm, where it seems like not many people are playing the class (for many reasons), but i really think that you could lay this weird thing out. just an idea for future content.

If we just compare first four turns. I don't think this tier is that easy. I cleared P4S in week one, but have not killed M4S yet. But maybe I just didn't play as much. I'd say P1S and P2S were basically free parking. P3S was somewhat challenging, and P4S was quite simple in terms of mechanism. To me anyway all of the Arcadion savage was at least more challenging than Pandaemonium.

Last time normal raid, third fight. WHe needfed over 1 hour to finish it. Only, because each time did both healers died at the same time. It doesnt feel like the easiest raid. And savage is probably a even bigger pain in the ....

These steps are for a single Deluxe Garden Plot. This is what Cole stated in the video, but put in text format for people who are visual learners. 1. Gather 3 Midland Basil Seeds in Eastern La Noscea or on the Marketboard 2. Purchase 7 Krakka Root Seeds AND 2 Potting Soil from the Material Supplier in any Housing area 3. Purchase 8 Unidentifiable Ore from Hismena in Idyllshire and exchange them for 8 Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil from Bertana in Idyllshire 4. Plant a Krakka Root in the top left and in the bottom middle spots of a Deluxe Garden Plot, and use the Potting Soil with both 5. Plant a Midland Basil in the top middle, in the bottom left, and in the bottom right spots of the same Deluxe Garden Plot, and use the Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil with these 6. Rip up the Krakka Roots you planted in step 4 7. Replant the Krakka Roots in every empty spot except the middle spot, and use the Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil with these 7. Don't be like Cole. Water your plants every day. :P 8. Harvest the plants once they're fully grown, until you have 3 Tantalplant Seeds 9. Once you have as many Tantalplant Seeds as you need, remove all plants from the garden plot 10. Gather 2 Old World Fig Seeds in The Dravanian Forelands or on the Marketboard 11. Purchase 2 Potting Soil from the Material Supplier in any Housing area 12. Purchase 11 Unidentifiable Ore from Hismena in Idyllshire and exchange them for 8 Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil from Bertana in Idyllshire 13. Plant an Old World Fig in the top left and in the bottom middle spots of a Deluxe Garden Plot, and use the Potting Soil with both 14. Plant a Tantalplant in the top middle, in the bottom left, and in the bottom right spots of the same Deluxe Garden Plot, and use the Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil with these 15. Rip up the Old World Figs you planted in step 5 16. Replant the Old World Figs in every empty spot except the middle spot, and use the Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil with these 17. Don't be like Cole. Water your plants every day. :P 18. NEVER HARVEST NOR REMOVE THE TANTALPLANTS 19. Once you obtain a Royal Kukuru Seed, remove the Old World Fig from the bottom middle spot 20. Plant the Royal Kukuru Seed there with Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil 21. Once you have 2 more Royal Kukuru Seeds, remove the Old World Figs from either the two left spots or the two right spots 22. Plant the 2 Royal Kukuru Seeds in the empty spots you have created, and use the Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil with these 23. DO NOT PLANT A ROYAL KUKURU NEXT TO AN OLD WORLD FIG Congratulations! You will now be able to obtain Thavnairian Onion Seeds. Do what you will with them.

Like many have told already, please do go see a therapist first, and most important. Nor RUclips, or the internet in general are good places for this to help you out, and i say that out of personal experience. Next, please take and do one thing at a time at your day. Don't push yourself, and try to take care of yourself, one step at a time. Stay hydrated, and always treat yourself 3 meals a day, the least. And instead of big events, try smaller ones. Try to make small connections, friends to be there for you, and trust me, don't try to rush anything over relationships. Being gay its still hard, believe me i know. I am a gay man too, and i had the "luck" to be born and raise by people that saw this either as a "sin" or "sickness". Needless to say, the first years of my life were not kind, and the last years, had been a trial, too, with going through some hardships, and ending up being more alone than before too during them... But it was this moment i found myself with people that truly cared for me, and really begun anew. Still things moving slowly, after a couple of years, mind you, but they are better, that i can assure you. I am saying all this because i want you to assure you, with the little things i know about all this, from my experiences, yes all this is really heavy, especially right now, and you have a long road ahead of you. But, it is possible, and things will get better, little by little, and it all starts with taking care of you. You already took the first step, so please keep fighting, and keep striving to do better. Do seek help from people that can really help, that is the next step, and stick to it for as long as you can and need. You can do it, and you will do it. I have introduced to your videos and your channel for a while now, ever since i start playing FF14, and i have really enjoyed your guides, hearing you have fun playing the game, and really passing that feeling to me too, to try things left and right. Dabble in everything but ultimates but really my favorite content are dungeons. I just like the structure of them. I wish they would come out with extreme and savage tier dungeons where the bosses change up and even the mobs get harder and do new things

What u forget to mention is that it is "unapproachable" because of the toxic behaviour of the end gamers... U cant find a learning pt, and when u can manage to finally learn the fight u can find a pt bc they don't want your class, or they don't want another melee... Or ur ilvl is not maxed out yet... It isn't because its "too difficult" to do it..."its because" finding a pt its too troublesome and tiring and not worth. Aside that we got a content that u do 150 times and dont get rewarded...

How many reclear p12s? Cleared 8 times with static, and gone. Never pf, wasn't fun. Ceiling difficulty is epic to clear once, but not touching it every week. cleared m1s and m2s in pf. never thought I reached m3s in week 1.

I would prefer easier Savage tier if it means no hundreds of pulls on last tier boss because some mechanic requires seeing half-visible marker that appears right under boss' attack because healer has to run into object before that object flies away (Yes, Shiva, GLAREing at you even when you change dress!) or you have to run from your group exactly 30 yalms in 2.4 seconds and then come back in 1.5 seconds because otherwise you will be killed by Limit Cut (thanks for PTSD, Kokytos) Like seriously - some of the Savages currently can be way harder than godsdamned UWU just because of how much bullshit you have to dodge in ultimately small amount of time. This should be other way around. Ok, I get it that current Ultimates are much harder but come on, should fights be hard for sake of being hard? I literally took break from raiding for couple of months (because of several factors) but Arcadion even on normal literally made me want to raid again. Hearing that new Savage is actually approachable by PF players and doesn't require 300 hours to clear is such a nice things - one of my friends tries to clear Shiva on MINE and it's basically PF for him with good players filling in every time and effectively having to reprog to second Light Ramparts which kills all the fun for the group (I know that these people are good players - some of us been playing together for years at this point) and seeing them beating brick wall just feels disheartening. Also I just don't find Pandaemonium Savage raids fun. They are hard but even returning to first tier it wasn't fun. In fact - it was the opposite of fun - my static had a color-blind healer who back in P3S had to leave Savage simply because poor guy couldn't see shit! And the fact that in Pandaemonium you simply can't really run Savages with casual players who appear once-a-week and just want to have a good time during prog and not feeling stressed over not keeping up to meet Limit Cut or some shit... it's just ain't worth it. I want new players to enjoy Savage raids and I want them to prog these fights and become better players. But for that we need a good kick off point and I hope that Arcadion might be just that - relatively easy raid that has fun fights and overall atmosphere of competition that hypes the battle instead of making you question yourself of "Why we're still here? Just to suffer?"

BLM gameplay is just archaic , they can buff by 666 % people will still play it Even in his peak in endwalker people still played rdm and smn. Just rework it and modernize it.

savage is easy this time because a lot of mechanics this time around are things we have been seeing for 8+ years. we have seen stack + light party spread ect 1000 times. people are able to adapt very easily and see patterns. if these raids came out in stormblood, the raid tier would have taken 4x as long

On the one hand I can understand a prestige 🧐 level hardness. On the other hand, putting all that effort into something that only 1% of the player base will even attempt, while its current, seems a waste of time. Probably not an answer that will ever satisfy everybody.

DPS checks are a bad concept anyway. I don't understand how they make a fight more interesting especially in a game where fights are training dummies and you go hit them the whole time. There's nothing dumber than wiping to a boss with no deaths because someone has drifted raidbuffs (P8S). M4S has lots of melee downtime. If the DPS check would be tighter, it would force the melees to greed ---> more wipes in prog for uptime. It's incredibly unfun.

They can just give all jobs utility, there is really no reason to pick a pure dps over other jobs at this point. As a raid leader would you pick SAM + BLM + MCH in your team or MNK + RDM + BRD?

Honestly, I think the first tier of raids being easy is ok. It’s the flag ship raid for new and returning players, so easing them in I don’t think is a bad thing. Now if tier 2 is also easy I’m going to be worried

There is a small population that does savage. When it’s too hard, no one wants to spend the time on it. It’s easy to tell when savage is too difficult because people complain and there are no parties to join in pf. A ton of working people don’t have time for statics and rely on pf.

I unsubscribed. It is something nobody is really talking about but the nastiness and hostility in the game is increasing rapidly. Sometimes i think i am playing wow now. With the difficulty increase in DT certain players now think its okay and that they are officially licensed to tell off players for their performance and not doing enough dps etc. The game is becoming as unfriendly as wow now and these people think its endorsed by yoshi. Since he wants the game hard like elden ring. So get good or get yelled at until you quit.

The good sign of increasing difficulty in normal is helping more players get better!

All I've been hearing is how much fun the raids are, which is awesome. I'm not worried about it being a sign of anything, mostly because this isn't Endwalker. We already know we're getting Cosmic Exploration (the new Ishgard Restoration). We already know we're getting Ultimate, more Criterion dungeons and a new Field Operation (Bozja/Eureka) to explore. Dawntrail may have 99 problems with the MSQ, but content ain't one.

Don’t forget to factor in that the game has attracted more and more really too tier players from other games into the race, that has definitely shortened the time it has taken, which is kind of a good thing too. I hope that they give you the ultimate raid you crave though lovely human! ❤

Hey, it me, getting into savage for the first time this week. I was gonna be doing it with my FC regardless, but I felt seen 😅

Been a XIV player since 2.1 and I still haven't met a single person in game who cares about Ultimates. It's a very niche thing that is only catering to an extremely small part of the community. I'm still baffled the devs are dedicating any resources towards that.

The thing that gets me about the raiding difficulty is that, for every person that will be able to give savage a try because of how easy it is, there’s gonna be 3 who don’t make it through normal because of how hard that one is I’m inclined to give this raiding tier a skip when I hear how difficult it is, because I’m not really into banging my head against a brick wall. Especially when that brick wall is the result of other people as for adopting a cat? my own fur baby is all I can han-OH! you were talking about your Hrothgar XD man, I'd love to just vibe with ya at some point

Ive finished M1S and M2S in a day each. I was hard walled by P3S last expansion and just stopped trying to savage raid. This is not with a static, but PF. Some mistakes can happen and a dps dying doesn't doom the run, which is fine by me. I think M2S got 3 charms/ no deaths and we won half a second to enrage. I am fine with that.
